Heavy-Duty Shipping Information
At Alligator Industrial, some of our products exceed standard shipping limits due to their size and weight. As a result, we use specialized transport services to handle these shipments, selecting the most suitable carrier based on the destination and item specifications.
Deliveries are made to the nearest accessible point, typically curbside. Drivers are not responsible for moving items inside or to specific locations, so we recommend arranging assistance if needed for large or heavy deliveries.
Please be aware that shipping timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control. While we strive for timely delivery, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

Order Processing Times
We process orders on business days, with weekend orders typically handled the next available business day. Shipping times vary depending on product availability, with in-stock items generally leaving our facility within a few business days. Backordered items may take longer to ship.
While we aim to provide reliable shipping estimates, factors outside our control may occasionally affect delivery timelines.
Order Acknowledgment
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received and is being processed. At this stage, your payment method is pre-authorized while we verify product availability with our suppliers.
If an item is unavailable or on backorder, the pre-authorization will be voided, and you will be notified via email. For items ready to ship within approximately five business days, the payment will be processed, and the order will move forward for shipment.
Shipping & Tracking
Once payment is processed, in-stock items generally ship within a few business days. Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout, typically within 24 hours of the order leaving our warehouse.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, our shipping services are limited to destinations within the United States.
Address Changes
If an order has already been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the address. However, changes may cause delays. Any additional fees imposed by our shipping partners for address modifications will be the customer’s responsibility.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. While we work closely with our vendors to facilitate prompt shipping, unforeseen delays may occur.
If an order is canceled due to shipping delays, the customer remains responsible for any related shipping fees, storage costs, or other applicable charges. Unauthorized chargebacks due to shipping delays will be subject to legal action.
Delivery Preparation
When your order arrives, carefully inspect the packaging for any visible damage. If damage is noticed, it must be documented when signing for delivery, as failing to do so may limit our ability to assist with replacements.
For damaged items, please email photos of the damage, packaging, SKU, and a brief description to Jacob@Alligatorindustrial.com within 24 hours of delivery. Any external damage, such as punctures, must also be reported within this timeframe. Reports submitted after this period will not be eligible for returns.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your delivered items for any damage or defects as soon as possible. If you find any issues, reach out to us by email within 5 business days of receiving your delivery. If damage isn't reported within this window, we won’t be able to offer refunds, replacements, or any other resolution.
If damage is reported in time, we’ll provide options like free replacement parts, discounts to keep the item as is, or a full refund/replacement.
To report damage, please email us at Jacob@alligatorindustrial.com. Remember, we cannot repair damaged items ourselves, as we're solely an online dealer. If you want replacement parts, a discount, or a full replacement, please don’t use the damaged items. If you choose to keep the item with a discount or for replacement parts, you’ll have 3 business days to accept or decline the offer, and the item must remain unused during this time.
Keep the packaging and box, as these may need to be inspected by the freight carrier. If you don’t report damage within 5 business days, we won’t be able to offer any resolution, as we’ll have missed the window for filing claims with the carrier or manufacturer.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your delivery, please report it to us within 5 business days by contacting our customer service team at Jacob@alligatorindustrial.com. Be sure to mark the delivery receipt as "missing" and inform the truck driver of the shortage before signing.
Give the carrier a little time to locate the missing items. If they cannot be found, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. However, we cannot accept claims for missing items reported after the 5-day window.
Please note that we are not responsible for any project delays caused by missing items. To avoid scheduling contractors, make sure all items are received and inspected before making any arrangements.
Stolen Packages for Postal Deliveries (FedEx or UPS)
Please be aware that we are not responsible for stolen packages. If your shipment is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, you will need to file a claim directly with the postal service (FedEx or UPS).
Shipping Options
We offer free standard "Curb-side" Pickup shipping on all orders. Once your order is submitted, this option typically takes between 5-15 days for delivery to your doorstep.
