Additionally, we honor price drops on our own website within three months of your purchase.

How to Request a Price Match & Our Best Price Guarantee Terms

To request a price match, just email us at Sales@alligatorindustrial.com with the following details:

• A link to the competitor’s product or the lower price on our website.

Once we receive your request, we’ll carefully review it and promptly process your credit. We’re committed to ensuring you get the best deal possible, every time you shop with us. However, to ensure fairness and consistency, our Best Price Guarantee has a few limitations:

• Authorized Retailers Only:

  The competitor offering the lower price must be an authorized retailer of the product.
  
  

• Current Pricing & Availability:

  The competitor’s price must be valid and the product must be in stock on their website at the time of your request.
  
  

• Excludes Certain Sellers:

  Price matches are only valid for online retailers. We do not match prices from wholesalers, liquidators, distributors, or auction sites like eBay or Overstock.
  
  

• No Rebates or Special Offers:

  Price matches do not apply to promotional offers, such as "buy one, get one free," rebates, or other special discounts.
  
  

• Inclusion of Shipping but Exclusion of Taxes:

  We will match the product price as well as shipping charges, but sales tax is not included in the price match.
